Based in Houston, Nick McQuarry has spent his entire professional career in the executive search industry at two firms, returning to Allen Austin in April 2026.

He has successfully completed searches for a range of C-suite positions, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, CHROs, and CMOs.

 

He has also successfully placed Chief Sales Officers, Controllers, Director-level department heads, and Regional Operations and Sales leaders across the Commercial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, and Consumer Products industries.

Nick is an alumnus of Rice University, where he was a member of the football team as a Punter. He is actively involved in a number of volunteer programs that support the student-athlete community.
