Her work goes beyond recruitment — serving as a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, and executive teams on leadership strategy, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and building teams positioned for sustainable growth.

Prior to Allen Austin, Edie served as Vice President of Sales for Jade Company, where she led the day-to-day commercial operations of a $75M+ business, overseeing national and regional account strategy across grocery and drug channels while managing a portfolio of more than 20,000 SKUs.

Earlier in her career, Edie held senior commercial leadership roles with Starz, Warner Bros., and MGM, where she managed large national account portfolios and led end-to-end sales, marketing, merchandising, and distribution strategies, building trusted executive relationships with Amazon, Kroger, Costco, Barnes & Noble, and 7-Eleven.
